November--a 'pre-winter' month

It’s November!! Meaning …I am stepping into winter by enjoying the drop of temperature day by day!

Today is 11th of November! 5 days later, I can officially announce I have been staying in UK for 2 months. This week is my 8th week of my year 2 first semester and 4 weeks later, I will have my Christmas holidays for 3 weeks! (Time is flying~~)

Glance through my last week which was super hectic and busy. Matlab and simulink coursework were due on last Wednesday. Whole gang of Malaysian students burnt the midnight oil in doing the coursework just 2 days before submission.

On Monday night, whole gang was doing the programming of matlab from 8pm until the next day of 4am. Then, Tuesday night, whole gang again was starting to read and think the question. And again, all of us were doing it until 2am. So, I just had 8 hours slept out of 48 hours.Wednesday, after submitting two coursework, I had a briefing for Nottingham Malaysian games; lab was on Thursday and Friday, I have to start with cooking 200+ burgers. And again, I didn’t sleep for the night.

Saturday,8th of November, the Nottingham Malaysian games was held in university. As a volunteer of netball, I have to be the time keeper or score keeper for the netball matches. Dear guys, where is netball court? Indoor(sport complex) or outdoor ? Booo…it’s at outdoor. OMG… that day was a rainy day!I have been wearing 4 layers on my body with a pair of gloves on that day, but I still feel shivering! In addition,I just wanna share that 8th of November is a truly memorable day. The selling 800 burgers project was a lifetime experience for me. The moments we felt excited due to not gaining a good selling, squeezing our brain to selling them, asking people buying around sport complex, receiving weird expression and looking down expression from others and finally selling out all the burgers were another experience. It might be a failure in not earning any single pound, but it is an invaluable experience!

November, is another busy month for lab reports and coursework. I will try my best to love this month!
